- Conducted historical research for Jennifer Pickens' book at the Jimmy Carter Library
- Kenan Research Center at the Atlanta History Center (2005-2006)
- Rehoused, arranged, and described the historical collection of Scientific Games, Inc., the largest and most comprehensive collection of historic and modern American lottery memorabilia
- Created a collection management database in Access at the request of Scientific Games that included digitized images with metadata
- Historically Black Colleges and Universities Archives Institute (2000-2004)
- Created content for and conducted classes on how to provide comprehensive reference services
- Helped to create an electronic forum for graduates to network
